Three Additional Pieces, for instrument(s) with simple accompaniments

Each of the movements of the 'Three Additional Pieces' has a simple repeating
accompaniment, with a melody that adds to itself or subtracts from itself.

By all means get in touch if you would like a melody part in a different transposition to that which is given

This piece may be performed by a variety of instruments, and may change with each
movement. For example the first movement could be performed by oboe and piano, the second movement by violin and 'cello, the third movement by violin and piano. In addition the accompaniment could be played by more than one instrument.
The movements may be played in any order or as separate items.
The accompaniment in the first movement repeats exactly throughout until the last bar. Because of the time signature changes in the middle this accompaniment appears in a different position within the bar from letter B.
In the second movement an additional very long cymbal or tam tam roll may be played at any point.
Additional untuned percussion accompaniment ad lib. may be added in the third
movement.
The sustain instruction on the repeat in the third movement is for the accompaniment only, but if the movement is played by piano only the pedal sustain notation will apply to the upper part also.
